By using study-stats.com or engaging StudyStats for consulting services, you agree to the following terms.
Services
StudyStats provides biostatistics and research-methodology consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees are agreed in writing for each engagement (quote, email or contract).
Fees and payment
- Quotes are valid for 30 days.
- A 50% deposit secures the start of a project; the balance is due on delivery.
- Hourly work is billed in 30-minute increments at the published rate.
- All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT unless stated.
Scope and revisions
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds (specified at quotation). Additional revisions are billed at the hourly rate.
Confidentiality
We treat all client data, protocols and unpublished results as confidential. A formal NDA can be signed on request.
Limitation of liability
Statistical advice is provided in good faith based on the data and information supplied by the client. StudyStats is not liable for decisions made on the basis of incomplete or inaccurate inputs, nor for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
