Service menu & indicative pricing
A short menu of typical engagements. It’s deliberately brief — most projects mix and match items from more than one tier, and the exact scope is settled on the discovery call. Use this to anchor what your project might cost; we send a fully itemised quote afterwards.
All prices in ZAR, exclusive of VAT. Indicative only. Projects start from R5 000.

This is a menu, not a price list. Each project is individually scoped on a free 15-minute call and you receive a written, itemised quote before any work starts. The price on your quote is what you pay — no hourly surprises.
Revisions & ad-hoc work
One round of revisions per deliverable is included (within 14 days of delivery). Further revisions, supervisor changes and reviewer responses are billed in 30-minute blocks at R500, tracked transparently.
Payment terms
50% deposit secures your project start; the balance is due on delivery. Quotes valid for 30 days. EFT and PayFast accepted; tax invoice issued on payment. Purchase-order-compliant invoicing available for South African universities.
Common questions
Why per-deliverable instead of hourly?
Per-deliverable pricing maps directly to what you and your supervisor already think in — “Table 1, Table 2, regression model, methods section”. You see exactly what you’re paying for and there are no hourly surprises if a model takes longer to run.
What if my data needs more cleaning than expected?
The cleaning fee is set during the scoping call once we’ve seen the data. If reality differs from what we agreed, we re-quote before doing the extra work — never after.
Can I buy just one or two items?
Yes — many clients only need a sample-size calculation or a single analysis. Minimum project value is R5 000; anything smaller is usually better handled as part of a wider engagement.
Do you charge for the discovery call?
No. The first 15-minute call is free. If you need a deeper working session before committing, that can be booked as a paid scoping consult — and the fee is credited to your project if you proceed within 30 days.
Can my institution pay directly?
Yes. We can issue purchase-order-compliant invoices and tax invoices on request, and are already onboarded with several South African universities.
